This site contains lesson plans for grades 5-9 written by a teacher and former newspaper reporter. The lessons teach media literacy skills and come complete with step-by-step instructions, background notes, and marking schemes. Although the site is Canadian, the lessons are applicable to analyzing newspapers anywhere in the world.

There are some good lesson ideas on this site. All the activities are \"off-line\" which was good for me as it is difficult to book the computer lab. Small criticism - not all of the activities have assessment ideas but would definitely recommend using this in the classroom.
